Senior Health Systems CSM - Field Lead, 50-80% Travel, Car

Quest Diagnostics Inc. is seeking a Sr. Customer Success Manager, Health Systems, to develop long-term relationships with Health System accounts and secure revenue retention while expanding Quest’s products through upselling.

The role covers the Southeast region (FL, GA, AL, TN, NC, SC and parts of MS/VA) with 50–80% travel, field presence for go-lives, and a company car with gas card. A Bachelor's degree and 7+ years' customer-service leadership in labs are required.
