Senior In-House Trial Attorney – Bodily Injury & Property

Allstate Insurance is seeking a Senior Trial Attorney to defend bodily injury and property damage cases, including subrogation and Allstate Financial matters. You will handle hearings, trials, mediations, and depositions while advising internal clients and coordinating among legal teams.

Requires Juris Doctorate and active NJ State Bar membership with 3+ years of litigation experience, plus ability to travel statewide in New Jersey. Remote work capability is expected in this role.
