Senior Legal Collections Specialist — Remote

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking a Senior Legal Collections Coordinator for a 100% remote role. You will manage full-cycle collections for attorney and client accounts and communicate with attorneys, partners, and high-net-worth clients about balances and payment status.

You will analyze aged receivables, develop SOPs, and leverage Aderant to monitor collection activity, AR performance, and reporting. Experience in law firms or professional services and Excel reporting is required.
