Location: Fully remote

Duration: 6+ months with possible extension

Rate: $90 to $108/hr on W2

Base pay range: $95.00/hr - $108.00/hr

Job Description

We’re seeking an experienced Senior Litigation Attorney to represent clients in civil matters, manage complex legal proceedings, and provide expert counsel. The ideal candidate is a skilled advocate with strong courtroom presence and a deep understanding of civil law and government regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in court, arbitration, and before government agencies.
• Present evidence and arguments to defend clients in civil litigation.
• Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations for individuals and businesses.
• Summarize and present cases to judges and juries.
• Draft legal briefs, motions, and formal opinions.
• Demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Maintain strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Apply advanced knowledge of civil laws, court procedures, and legal precedents.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in the applicable state/province.
• 5–7 years of legal experience, preferably in civil litigation.
