Job description
Role: Senior Medical Science Liaison (MSL) specializing in Rheumatology within Johnson & Johnson's Innovative Medicines division, focusing on immunological disorders.
Responsibilities
- develop and execute scientific engagement plans
- establish and nurture relationships with KOLs and HCPs
- provide objective, evidence-based medical education
- support investigator-initiated and company-sponsored studies
- deliver scientific data aligned with strategic objectives. Maintain current scientific knowledge of the therapeutic landscape
- leverage insights and AI tools to optimize engagement
- collaborate with internal teams including R&D, Medical Affairs, and Clinical Operations, ensuring compliance and ethical standards
Qualifications
- Doctorate degree (PharmD, PhD, MD, or equivalent)
- minimum 2 years of relevant MSL experience
- strong therapeutic and scientific expertise
- ability to support up to 70% travel
- valid US driver's license preferred
