🚀 Senior Quality Assurance Engineer (Remote – US)

Base $80k–$100k | Manual-First | Multiple Products | East Coast Hours

We’re looking for a Senior QA Engineer who takes pride in delivering high-quality software. You’ll focus on hands-on manual testing, work with Cypress automation and help ensure the products - especially those related to insurance and CRM systems like Salesforce - meet the highest standards.

This is a primarily manual role (80–85%), supporting multiple products at once, including modern platforms and some legacy systems.

What You’ll Do

• Test web, back-end, APIs and integrated systems
• Review user stories and UX/UI designs to make them testable
• Track, manage, and resolve bugs
• Support deployments, smoke testing, and UAT
• Work with Cypress for automated tests

What You Bring

• 6+ years QA experience, strong manual testing background
• Comfortable working independently across multiple products
• Experience with Jira, Xray, Postman, and Azure DevOps
• Hands-on experience with Cypress
• Experience with insurance products
• CRM experience, preferably Salesforce
• Marketing or portal product knowledge is a plus
