Senior Remote Commercial Real Estate Attorney

Vylla Title, LLC is seeking a Commercial Attorney to provide practical, business-focused legal counsel on commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, development, title and survey review, and related corporate transactions.

The role requires JD, active state bar, and 4+ years CRE experience; strong drafting and negotiation skills are essential. The position is remote with annual bonus potential and a pay range of $120,000–$175,000, DOE.
