Senior Sales Enablement Manager: Learning & Development

Cengage Group in the United States is seeking a Sales Enablement Manager who will own the development, implementation, and ongoing refinement of enablement programs that drive sales efficiency and pipeline growth. You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Revenue Operations, and GTM teams to deliver scalable, data‑driven initiatives that support revenue growth and customer success.

Reporting to the Sr Director, you will lead onboarding, continuous learning, and sales readiness, build
