Job description
Anomali seeks a Senior Technical Account Manager to lead customer success for US-based clients. You will own the adoption lifecycle from onboarding through production use, pairing deep CTI and SecOps expertise with executive presence to build lasting relationships with analysts, directors, and CISOs.
You will monitor usage, deliver best-practice recommendations, and ensure customers achieve security operations and threat intel goals. Occasional travel and strong communication are required.
