Senior US Corporate Counsel – Governance & Compliance (Remote)

ABB is seeking an experienced Senior Legal Counsel to oversee fiduciary duties, governance, and compliance for U.S. entities, reporting to the Division General Counsel. This remote role focuses on enabling compliant business operations across the United States.

You will advise senior leadership on governance, risk mitigation, M&A, license to operate, data privacy, and government contracting while coordinating with global Legal & Integrity teams to harmonize processes and policies.
