Strategic CSM — SaaS Finance & Procurement (Remote, Flexible PTO)

Order.co is hiring a Customer Success Manager to own post-sale, post-implementation experiences for a growing portfolio of customers. You will ensure ongoing value from the platform, deepen adoption, and position Order.co as a strategic partner in purchasing and payments operations.

Reporting to Customer Success leadership, you will manage the full lifecycle from onboarding to retention and expansion, serving Operations and Finance stakeholders across organizations.
