Strategic Enterprise AE - Remote, Equity & Travel

RecruitAbility is seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to lead growth by building trusted relationships with agribusiness leaders. You will originate, develop, and close complex partnerships, guiding CFOs and executives through consultative evaluations.

This distributed-first, remote role includes regular travel to meet customers in person across the U.S. You will own the full sales cycle, shape GTM strategy for the agribusiness sector, and anchor deals in ROI and strategic
