Strategic Tax Accounting & Risk Advisory Senior Manager

EY seeks a Seasonal Senior Manager in the US to provide clients with tax guidance and consulting related to tax accounting and planning, including internal restructurings and acquisitions. You’ll lead engagements and help manage Sarbanes-Oxley related tax controls.

You’ll also support the tax provision process, review procedures, and strengthen the control environment while coordinating with clients and teams across the TARAS practice in EY’s National Tax Department.
