Strategic VP of Clinical Policy & Risk Management

Humana Inc. is seeking a Vice President, Clinical Policy and Risk Management to lead CM/UM risk management, audits, and policy governance. The role oversees seven direct reports and 250 associates, reporting to the Senior VP – Clinical Operations. Remote with travel as needed and a 40-hour workweek.

The ideal candidate holds an active clinical license, 10+ years in CM/UM risk management with leadership experience, and strong regulatory knowledge. MBA preferred; Bachelor’s required.
