Strategy & Engagement Lead, Risk & Resilience

Spectrum is seeking a Strategy & Engagement Manager, Risk & Resilience to shape and grow a practical advisory capability. You will work with enterprise clients and internal experts in security, cloud, AI, compliance, and delivery while building repeatable methodologies and collateral for the practice.

You will lead client workstreams, translate complex risks into actionable strategies, and help craft proposals, scopes, and delivery models that connect business goals with risk considerations.
