Total Rewards & Equity Program Architect

Mercor's People team is shaping compensation and equity from the ground up for a growing, global workforce. We are seeking Total Rewards practitioners who can lead both compensation design and equity program management.

You'll design salary bands, leveling, and incentive structures, run annual compensation cycles, benchmark against peers, and articulate equity value to candidates and employees. Experience with 409A and plan governance is a plus as Mercor scales from a Series C company.
