Health Dimensions Group (HDG) seeks an experienced Traveling Infectious Disease Nurse (RN) to support communities across the United States. You will lead infection prevention initiatives, conduct risk assessments, and guide clinical teams through complex challenges in diverse care settings. The role demands an active RN license, multi-state licensure, and travel readiness.

CIC certification is preferred. You’ll partner with executive leadership to drive improvements in resident safety and
