Locums Hematology/Oncology Lapeer, MI (MI license required)Why This Role

Assignment Details
• Start/end: ASAP, ongoing
• Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, 8am-4:30pm; clinic call as needed
• Coverage type: Outpatient clinic + clinic call
• Volume: 15-20 patients/day
• Setting: 100% adult outpatient Hematology/Oncology
• Support: Oncology RNs, MAs, social worker, dietitian, nurse navigator, NP support; onsite infusion center and CBCs
• EMR: Cerner
Clinical Details
• Required scope: Outpatient Hematology and Medical Oncology
• Required scope: Participation in tumor board
• Minimum 2 years of Hematology/Oncology experience
Requirements
• Board certified in Medical Oncology and Hematology; truly board eligible providers may be considered
• License: active MI license required; IMLC not accepted
• BLS and ACLS
• Cerner experience preferred
• Active DEA
Compensation
• Rate negotiable, open to your number
