Support Staff: 9 Advanced Practice Providers, 8 Medical Assistants, 3 Athletic Trainers, 1 Registered Nurse, 1 Clinic Supervisor, 3 Radiological Technologists, 6 PAS, 2 Referral Coordinators, 3 Surgery Coordinators
Days Per Month: Not Specified
On-Call/Weekends: Light call with a dedicated orthopedic trauma team

Submission Requirements:

• Board Certified Orthopedic Surgery or Truly Board Eligible (within 0 5 years of residency completion)
• Most recent NPDB Self-Query Report (within 30 days)
• DEA (must be obtained prior to start)
• Visa support requirement (J1 or H1B) must be noted at submission
