Sumo Medical Staffing is recruiting for an experienced Family Medicine/Outpatient Nurse Practitioner to work locum shifts in Portage, Wisconsin (WI), beginning as soon as September 2026. The role offers ongoing work with a competitive market rate and benefits.

The Family Medicine role:

• Schedule- Mon-Fri 8am-430pm
• September Start, 26-week assignment with extension very highly likely
• 10-14 PPD
• Minor procedures a plus

Requirements of the Family Medicine/Outpatient role:

• Active WI license
• Active Board Certifications
• Certifications- BLS and DEA
