• PRN Dates Available: May 18-22, 26-31, June 2-5, 8-12, 15-19, June 22-July 10, 20-24, 27-31, Aug 3-7, 18-28, Sept 7-11, 14-20, Sept 28-Oct, 2, 5-16, 19-23, Oct 26-Nov 1, 9-13, 16-20, 23-25, Nov 27-Dec 4, 7-11, 14-23, 28-30, Jan 1
• Future dates TBD
• Schedule: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
  Rotation: 4 weeks on / 1 week off
• Call: 3:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Additional Details:

• Supervised practice model
• Proficiency in spinals, epidurals, and blocks required
