The Pediatric Gastroenterology Department at our organization is on the lookout for a Board Certified or Board Eligible Pediatric Gastroenterologist to enhance services in the Harrisburg area.


Our pediatric gastroenterology program in Central Pennsylvania is a direct extension of our leading children's hospital, combining the advantages of a growing regional practice with the support of one of the top pediatric health systems in the nation.


Physicians will benefit from collaboration with esteemed pediatric specialists, ongoing mentorship, opportunities for career advancement, and comprehensive clinical support, all while working to improve access to high-quality pediatric subspecialty care throughout Central Pennsylvania. Providers will experience the independence and influence of a community-based practice while staying closely linked to the expertise, resources, and innovations of our children's hospital.


About Our Pediatric Facility in Harrisburg

Our pediatric facility in Harrisburg has recently undergone renovations to create a welcoming care environment within the local hospital. Key features include:

  • An 11-bed Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) and a general pediatric unit
  • A newly constructed Women's and Babies Center along with a Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)
  • 18 pediatric subspecialties available to patients across 9 counties, including Pulmonology, Gastroenterology, Neurology, Endocrinology, Surgery, Urology, Cardiology, Orthopedics, Psychiatry, Hematology, Nephrology, Allergy, Nutrition, Neurosurgery, Transplant, Hospital Medicine, Critical Care, and Neonatology
