Key Responsibilities\n \n * Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to understand clients' unique situations and develop tailored treatment plans. \n * Provide individual therapy leveraging various therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based approaches. \n * Establish therapeutic goals with clients and monitor their progress, adjusting treatment strategies as needed. \n * Offer teletherapy services to accommodate clients facing accessibility challenges or those preferring virtual sessions. \n * Maintain accurate and timely documentation to ensure compliance with ethical and legal guidelines. \n * Participate in regular team meetings to discuss case progress and share insights and experiences. \n * Engage in ongoing professional development and training to enhance clinical skills and stay current with best practices. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n The clients we serve come from diverse backgrounds and experiences, often grappling with a variety of mental health challenges including PTSD, depression, anxiety disorders, and relationship issues. Our therapists work closely with individuals, couples, and families to address these concerns through tailored interventions that support their journey toward healing and personal growth. Qualifications\n \n * Must possess a current and valid state license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD). \n * A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required. \n * Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster trust and rapport with clients. \n * A demonstrated capacity for empathy, compassion, and maintaining a non-judgmental attitude. \n * Strong organizational ability and time management skills to handle multiple client schedules efficiently. \n Preferred Experience\n \n * Experience in a private practice setting is a significant advantage. \n * Familiarity with telehealth platforms and virtual therapy practices. \n * Specialization or additional training in specific therapeutic modalities such as trauma-informed care, addiction counseling, or play therapy. \n Compensation and Benefits\n Englewood Counseling Center offers an attractive compensation package ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year , commensurate with experience and client caseload.
