Your therapeutic approach will be crucial in fostering a safe and trusting environment where clients feel empowered to explore their mental health issues and work toward meaningful changes. Qualifications\n \n * A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution. \n * Current licensure as a mental health professional (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in the state of Virginia. \n * Strong knowledge of mental health disorders and familiarity with various evidence-based treatment modalities. \n * Demonstrated ability to conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and formulate effective treatment plans. \n * Experience delivering both individual and group therapy to a diverse population of clients. \n * Strong interpersonal and communication skills, facilitating positive therapist-client relationships. \n Preferred Experience\n \n * Minimum of two years of clinical experience providing mental health counseling in a clinical setting. \n * Experience with telehealth platforms and virtual client engagement is a plus. \n * Familiarity with community resources and support networks to enhance patient education and referrals. \n Compensation and Benefits\n The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
