Work Schedule
* Standard shop hours: Monday - Friday | 8 AM - 5 PM
* Flexible scheduling options available outside of standard hours
* Optional weekend hours for additional earnings
Your Responsibilities
* Diagnose, repair, and maintain heavy-duty diesel trucks
* Perform preventive maintenance and complex component repairs
* Conduct Federal Annual Vehicle and DOT Inspections (FMCSA compliant)
* Troubleshoot and repair air brake, electrical, and emission systems
* Utilize industry-standard diagnostic systems, including:
▸ Diagnostic Link 8
▸ Eaton Service Ranger 4
▸ Bendix ACom
▸ Meritor WABCO Toolbox
* Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment

Preferred Qualifications
* Minimum of 5 years of experience as a diesel technician — Required
* Journey-level mechanic experience is preferred
* CDL-A and ASE Certifications are preferred (not mandatory)
* Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting abilities
* Mechanical knowledge of both gas and diesel engines
* Familiarity with OSHA and safety best practices
Additional Requirements
* Work authorization in the United States
* Proficiency in English
* Relocation to Indianapolis prior to the start date (if applicable)
* This is an in-person position — remote work is not available
