Bilingual 2nd shift On-Site Supervisor - New Albany At Clara, we are recruiting for a Bilingual 2nd shift On-Site Supervisor to work with a leading staffing and warehouse solutions provider in New Albany. This role is essential for maintaining operational efficiency and supporting our temporary staff during night operations. Shift Patterns * Second Shift: Monday through Friday, 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM, with weekend and overtime as needed during peak periods. Pay Rates * 25.00 USD hourly Essential Requirements for Bilingual 2nd shift On-Site Supervisor * Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within a warehouse or staffing environment. * Demonstrate consistent reliability and punctuality in attendance and task completion. * Maintain legal authorization to work in the United States. Desirable Requirements for Bilingual 2nd shift On-Site Supervisor * Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced proficiency in Excel, to manage data, generate reports, and perform administrative tasks. * Operate essential office equipment and communication tools, including phones, walkie-talkies, and basic technology platforms. * Demonstrate proficiency in typing, email communication, and general office technology platforms for daily operations. * Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills in both English, Spanish or French Creole to effectively interact with diverse staff and clients. * Cultivate and maintain robust professional relationships with clients and temporary staff to foster collaboration and retention. * Provide clear direction and hands-on leadership to temporary staff, ensuring adherence to operational procedures and safety standards. * Maintain a high level of urgency and a proactive customer service mindset to address operational needs and client expectations promptly. Role for Bilingual 2nd shift On-Site Supervisor * Oversee daily on-site operations during the second shift to ensure productivity targets are met. * Manage and coordinate temporary staff assignments, ensuring proper placement and performance. * Monitor and enforce safety protocols and company policies across the warehouse floor. * Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and operational issues during night shifts.
