Registered Veterinary Technician Full Time ACT Spay/Neuter Clinic - Stockton, California $26-$30 per hour, depending on experience ACT Spay/Neuter Clinic is seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Veterinary Technician to join our team full-time. We are a nonprofit, high-volume spay/neuter clinic dedicated to reducing pet overpopulation and providing affordable veterinary services to our community. Responsibilities Preparing patients for surgery Administering medications and inducing anesthesia under veterinarian supervision Intubating and monitoring patients throughout anesthesia Assisting veterinarians during surgical procedures Monitoring patients during recovery Maintaining accurate medical records Preparing surgical instruments and packs Supporting clinic cleanliness, organization, and infection-control procedures Working cooperatively with veterinarians, assistants, reception staff, and volunteers Qualifications Current California RVT license in good standing Strong anesthesia-monitoring and patient-care skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Dependable, organized, compassionate, and team-oriented Comfortable working with cats, dogs, and community/feral cats Spay/neuter or surgical experience preferred, but additional training may be provided This is a full-time position with a consistent daytime schedule.
