JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Description
 Provide non-medical home care services to adults. Personal care services to clients that contract with Hibernian Home Care for services under the direction of the Supervisor and in compliance with the Plan of service.

Primary Duties:

Assist with Toileting, bathing, grooming, transfers, dressing, ambulatory, exercises, and light housekeeping, Med reminder, cognitive activities, proficient in using gait belt as needed. 

Abides by the agency’s infection control policies, including proper hand washing techniques consistent with CDC Guidelines.

Abides by all policies and procedures outlined in the agency’s Policy and Procedure Manual, Caregiver Handbook, and Caregiver Training Manual.

Requirements
5 year experienced required

Requirements
Pass background check
High school diploma/GED, Small Dog Friendly
CNA or Community care worker preferred

Experience in using a Hoyer lift
