Tire Warehouse Manager

As a Tire Warehouse Manager, you will keep inventory accurate, keep orders moving, keep customers taken care of, and keep daily operations running safely and efficiently. What You'll Do * Lead daily warehouse activities, including receiving, stocking, picking, and shipping. * Provide direction and support to warehouse team members. * Assist customers with orders, sales, and payments. * Maintain accurate inventory and complete cycle counts. * Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and damage. * Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and tire-handling equipment. * Ensure safety procedures and proper lifting techniques are followed. * Monitor workflow and help meet daily order fulfillment goals. * Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse. * Communicate staffing, inventory, equipment, and operational needs to leadership. * Identify ways to improve efficiency and reduce errors. What We're Looking For * Previous warehouse, automotive, tire, or distribution experience preferred. * Leadership or supervisory experience preferred. * Strong organizational and communication skills. * Dependable, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented. * Comfortable working in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment. * Ability to safely lift and move tires and warehouse materials. * Willingness to be a hands-on leader who works alongside the team .
