About Budonoki Named one of Eaters 2024 Best New Restaurants in America, Budonoki is an Izakaya/Japanese restaurant concept created by seasoned industry veterans with diverse experience and top-of-the-line pedigree looking for a talented  Line Cook for our expanding team.  Ideal candidate should have a passion for Japanese food & beverage with an izakaya-inspired approach.
