Key Responsibilities
- Assist Physical Therapists in implementing individualized treatment plans for patients, focusing on enhancing mobility, strength, and overall functionality through direct patient engagements.

- Monitor and document patient progress accurately, tracking improvements in range of motion, strength, and functional capabilities to inform ongoing treatment adjustments.
- Prepare treatment areas and ensure that all necessary equipment and supplies are organized and readily available for efficient therapy sessions.
- Coordinate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care and optimize treatment outcomes with each team member's expertise accounted for.
- Provide emotional support and encouragement to patients during their recovery journeys, helping foster a motivating and compassionate environment.
- Adhere to ethical standards and best practices to maintain patient confidentiality and ensure high-quality care at all times.
