What You'll Do - Complete residential HVAC installations and system replacements - Install furnaces, AC systems, heat pumps, air handlers, controls, and related equipment - Perform system startup, testing, and commissioning - Troubleshoot installation and system-performance issues - Ensure installations meet code, manufacturer specifications, and company standards - Maintain clean, safe, and professional job sites - Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners - Help prevent callbacks through quality workmanship and attention to detail - Help establish and improve installation processes and standards - Mentor apprentices and developing installers as the team grows What You'll Need - *Required:** - Active **Connecticut D-2 or S-2 HVAC Journeyman License** - EPA Section 608 certification - Strong residential HVAC installation experience - Experience with furnaces, air conditioning, heat pumps, controls, and system startups - Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills - Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record - *Even Better If You Have:** - EPA Universal certification - Experience leading crews or mentoring apprentices - NATE certification - OSHA training - ServiceTitan experience - A leadership mindset and pride in your craft Why Join Us?
