Senior Tax Counsel — In-House, Cross-Border Structuring

Meso Scale Diagnostics, LLC. seeks a seasoned in-house tax counsel to lead MSD’s tax structure, cross-border planning, and intercompany transactions. You will advise Finance and leadership on strategy, coordinate with the VP of Tax, and manage external counsel for specialized matters.

The role focuses on Subchapter K, LLC/partnership taxation, IP structuring, and global tax planning across U.S. and international operations.
