PA, Physician Assistant - Cardiology

<p><strong>Description</strong><br></p><p>Job Summary</p><p>We are seeking a <strong>Physician Assistant</strong> to join our <strong>Cardiology team in Beaumont, TX</strong>. This role offers the opportunity to provide high-quality cardiovascular care in a collaborative environment, working alongside experienced cardiologists and clinical staff. The ideal candidate will have cardiology or related clinical experience and a strong commitment to patient-centered care.</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li><p>Evaluate and manage patients with a variety of cardiovascular conditions</p></li><li><p>Perform patient assessments, physical exams, and follow-up visits</p></li><li><p>Order, interpret, and manage diagnostic testing including EKGs, labs, and imaging</p></li><li><p>Assist with inpatient and/or outpatient care as needed</p></li><li><p>Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with cardiologists</p></li><li><p>Educate patients on disease management, medications, and lifestyle modifications</p></li><li><p>Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the EMR</p></li></ul><p>Qualifications</p><ul><li><p>Current Texas license as a Physician Assistant</p></li><li><p>National certification (NCCPA)</p></li><li><p>Previous cardiology, internal medicine, or acute care experience preferred</p></li><li><p>Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills</p></li><li><p>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</p></li></ul><p>Schedule & Compensation</p><ul><li><p>Full-time schedule</p></li><li><p>Competitive compensation based on experience</p></li><li><p>Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, malpractice coverage, PTO, CME allowance, and a 403(b) retirement plan with employer match</p></li></ul>
