A well-respected California defense firm is seeking talented Litigation Attorneys with 1–10 years of experience to join its expanding team. Base pay range

$140,000.00/yr - $250,000.00/yr

Key Responsibilities

• Handle cases involving insurance defense, personal injury defense, and construction defect litigation.
• Manage a caseload of approximately 20–30 matters with direct involvement in trial preparation and proceedings.
• Draft and respond to pleadings, motions, and discovery with precision and strategic insight.
• Collaborate with partners and senior associates on case strategy and client representation.
• Represent clients in depositions, hearings, mediations, and court appearances.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) and active California Bar license required.
• 1–10 years of litigation experience (insurance defense or personal injury preferred).
• Strong legal writing, research, and case management skills.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment.

Salary and Other Compensation

The annual salary for this position is between $140,000 – $250,000 with Bonus. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
