Whatnot is seeking a Director of Product Design to lead the Buyer Design team, shaping end-to-end experiences for millions of users navigating our platform. You will set strategy and drive execution across acquisition, activation, retention, and re-engagement.

As a player-coach, you’ll mentor designers, define career paths, and partner with product, engineering, research, and business teams to turn vision into a roadmap while still doing hands-on design.
