Group Project Manager

We're partnering with a healthcare-focused marketing agency to find a skilled Group Project Manager. This temp role involves overseeing complex projects and guiding cross-functional teams. The position is remote--in region--and lasts between 10 to 26 weeks.

Group Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate multiple project teams, ensuring seamless execution and delivery.
• Identify potential risks and develop plans to mitigate delays or issues.
• Build strong relationships internally and with clients to ensure clear communication of project needs.
• Collaborate with finance to develop estimates, review change orders, and support profitability.
• Mentor and support 3-4 direct reports, fostering professional development and maintaining high performance standards.

Group Project Manager Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 5 years of project management experience, with a minimum of 1 year in agency management.
• Demonstrated leadership and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
• Experience with project management software platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
