Head of SDR & Outbound Growth (Remote)

Archy, a Dallas-based Series C dental SaaS company, is hiring a Sales Development Manager to lead a distributed SDR team and scale outbound growth for our cloud-based dental practice platform. You will mentor reps, refine playbooks, and partner with Marketing and Executive teams to optimize messaging and cadences.

You will drive pipeline targets, implement AI-enhanced workflows, and maintain a high-energy remote culture while coordinating with remote SDRs nationwide.
