Head of Talent Acquisition & AI-Driven Recruiting

Rockbot, a fully remote company, is building a world-class People & Talent organization. We seek a VP of Talent Acquisition who will lead high-stakes executive searches, scale Recruiting Operations, and embed AI into daily workflows to raise interview quality and hiring velocity.

You will own leadership dashboards, partner with executives, and manage a remote recruiting team to deliver strategic hires across the business. This role requires strong judgment and market awareness.
