Regional Sales Director – Retirement Plans (Remote)

Mutual of America Financial Group is seeking a Regional Sales Director for Retirement Plan Sales. This remote role serves the greater Dallas, TX area or Oklahoma, driving new business in a defined territory and cross-selling retirement solutions.

The RSD reports to the Regional VP and collaborates with a high-energy sales team to meet aggressive targets. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of outside B2B sales experience, deep knowledge of 401k/403b products, and FINRA licenses (6, 63, SIE).
