Remote Regional Sales Director — Retirement Plan Sales

Mutual of America Financial Group is seeking a Regional Sales Director to drive retirement plan solutions in a 100% remote role, must reside in the greater Dallas, TX area or Oklahoma.

You will manage a large territory, develop new business, and collaborate with plan sponsors. The role requires 5+ years of outside B2B sales, knowledge of 401(k) and 403(b) plans, and active FINRA licenses. Eligible for commissions and day-one benefits.
