Remote Strategic Account Manager

Amplix is seeking an Account Manager to support existing customers, enhance satisfaction, and drive long-term retention and growth. This remote role focuses on strengthening relationships, managing renewals, and aligning with customers' objectives through proactive engagement and value delivery.

You will help upsell and cross-sell opportunities while collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve the customer experience and amplify Amplix's impact across accounts.
