Senior Performance Test Engineer — Remote

Cognizant is seeking a Lead Performance Test Engineer to drive performance engineering for enterprise and cloud-native apps. This hands-on role requires deep expertise in testing, automation, cloud platforms, observability, and resiliency.

You will collaborate with development, architecture, platform engineering, DevOps, and SRE teams to set standards, automate gates, identify bottlenecks, and improve scalability and readiness.
