Senior VP of Mortgage Production & Growth Leader

The Mortgage Talent Network is seeking a Senior Vice President of Production in Wisconsin. This newly created executive role reports to the President and sits on the Senior Leadership Team.

The ideal candidate will be a builder with a proven ability to grow teams, markets, and key producer relationships. You will lead and develop a nationwide branch network, drive strategic planning, and partner with Recruiting, Operations, and Sales Support to remove obstacles and accelerate production.
