Strategic Client Success Manager — Remote & Growth

LNS Research is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our Sales team in a fully remote role in the USA. You will own client engagement, utilization, and value realization, driving renewals and add-on engagements while collaborating with Industry Principals and the analyst team.

You will manage onboarding, gather client feedback, and contribute to marketing collateral and events. A Bachelor's degree and 2–4 years of client-facing experience are required.
