Remote People HR Partner: Strategy, Training & Travel

CBRE is seeking a People Business Partner in the US, based near Philadelphia or New York, to support rollout of HR initiatives within the CBRE GWS framework. You will collaborate with managers to implement onboarding programs, succession planning, and performance management across the business unit.

Responsibilities include handling employee relations, disciplinary actions, risk identification, and coaching across multiple HR functions.
