Senior ServiceNow Developer & ITSM Architect — Remote

General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. is seeking a ServiceNow Developer SME in the Washington, DC area to architect, design, and develop ServiceNow-based solutions within an Agile team. The role requires leading ITSM development efforts and collaborating across groups to deploy updates and resolve issues.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of related experience, strong JavaScript skills, and deep knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM, CMDB, and platform services. US citizenship is required.
